Welcome to YOUKNOW. Clothing. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services provided by YOUKNOW. Clothing (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.


1. Use of Our Services:
You must be at least 16 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. By using our services, you affirm that you meet these criteria.


2. Intellectual Property:
All content on our website and mobile application, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of YOUKNOW. Clothing and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our express written permission.


3. Product Information:
We make every effort to provide accurate product information, including descriptions, prices, and availability. However, we do not warrant that product information is complete, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time.


4. Orders and Payments:
By placing an order with us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, and your use of such services is subject to their terms and policies.


5. Shipping and Returns:
Our shipping and return policies are outlined on our website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our policies before making a purchase.


6. User Accounts:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YOUKNOW. Clothing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.


9. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.


10. Changes to these Terms:
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will indicate the most recent changes. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. Promotions and Offers
Any promotions, discounts, or special offers are valid only for the promotional period. Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before the promotion commenced or after it has ended.

 

SPEND & SAVE — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Promotion: Spend & Save (AU Exclusive)
Promoter: YOUKNOW Clothing
Promotion period: Live from Thursday 2 July 2026, 6:00pm AEST until Sunday 5 July 2026, 11:59pm AEST.

1. Eligibility

1.1 This promotion is exclusive to orders placed on au.youknowclothing.com during the promotion period stated above.

1.2 The promotion is not available on our New Zealand website (nz.youknowclothing.com), in-person events, wholesale orders, or via third-party retailers.

1.3 Available to customers with a delivery address in Australia. Orders shipping outside Australia are not eligible.

1.4 Orders placed before 6:00pm AEST on Thursday 2 July 2026, or after 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 5 July 2026, are not eligible for this promotion, regardless of when the code is entered.

2. The Offer

Spend the below amounts (in AUD, before shipping and any applicable taxes) in a single order during the promotion period to unlock the corresponding discount:

  • Spend $200 AUD — Save 10%, using code SPEND&SAVE10
  • Spend $400 AUD — Save 20%, using code SPEND&SAVE20
  • Spend $600 AUD — Save 30%, using code SPEND&SAVE30

2.1 The discount is applied to the eligible order subtotal at checkout.
2.2 Only one (1) discount code may be used per order. Codes cannot be combined or stacked.
2.3 The discount code must be entered at checkout to be applied. Discounts cannot be applied to orders retrospectively.
2.4 Customers must select the code that matches the tier reached. If a customer applies a higher tier code (e.g. SPEND&SAVE30) without meeting the minimum spend, the code will not apply.

 

3. Exclusions

3.1 The promotion excludes gift cards.

3.2 The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, offer, or promotion, including but not limited to student discounts, creator codes, welcome offers, and loyalty rewards.

3.3 The promotion does not apply to shipping fees, taxes, duties, or any other charges.

3.4 Previous orders placed before the promotion start date are not eligible for retrospective discount.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Standard YOUKNOW Clothing return and refund policies apply. See our Returns Policy for full details.

4.2 If a return brings the remaining order total below a tier threshold, the discount originally applied may be adjusted or forfeited. Refunds will be calculated based on the discounted purchase price paid, not the original RRP.

4.3 Exchanges and store credits are subject to the promotional pricing paid at the time of purchase.

5. Currency & Pricing

5.1 All amounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD), unless otherwise stated.

5.2 The minimum spend thresholds ($200 / $400 / $600) refer to the pre-discount, pre-shipping subtotal at checkout.

6. General

6.1 The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders where fraudulent activity, misuse of codes, or a breach of these terms is suspected.

6.3 Codes are non-transferable and hold no cash value.

6.4 By using a promotion code, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

6.5 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
