What shipping options are available during the Black Friday sale?
Our Standard Shipping applies. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee express shipping due to the high influx of orders. Please allow up to 12-15 business days for your order to be despatched.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Due to the high demand over this period, please allow up to 12-15 business days for your order to be dispatched.
Can I track my order after it ships?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?*
If your order hasn’t arrived after 15 business days, please check the tracking information provided in your confirmation email. If you need further assistance, contact our customer service team at support@youknow.co.nz – our social media team will not be able to assist you as they do not have access to the system.
Can we return online orders in store?
No – all returns are required to be processed to their original purchase location
What items are eligible for return?
Most items purchased during the Black Friday sale can be returned, except for final sale items, opened underwear, etc. Please check our return policy for full details.
How long do I have to return items?
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return items from the Blackout sale.
What happens if my order was oversold?
If your order was oversold, our Customer Support team will be in touch to process a refund.
Can I use existing discount codes over the Blackout Sale period?
Unfortunately, all discounts predating the Blackout sale, including Welcome discounts are only valid on full priced items, and not in the sale.

Shipping
- Standard Shipping rates apply during the Blackout Sale period.
- Due to the high influx of orders, Express Shipping cannot be guaranteed.
- Please allow up to 15 business days for your order to be dispatched.
- You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been processed, however please note that this does not mean it has been collected by the courier yet. Tracking will begin updating once the order has been picked up and scanned.
- We appreciate your patience while our team works through record volumes.
Oversold Items
- In the rare case that an item is oversold, our Customer Support team will contact you directly to arrange a refund.

- Gifts are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Offer is limited to one gift garment per customer per transaction.

- Refunds will be issued as store credit in the first instance.
- Exchanges may be limited due to stock and size availability following the sale period.
